Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all rentals, services, and equipment provided by The3PartyCrew. By reserving or using our services, you agree to the following:
1. Rental Agreement & Eligibility
All rentals require a signed agreement and full payment confirmation to be finalized.
Renters must be 18 years or older and assume full responsibility for the rented equipment during the contract period.
2. Service Area & Delivery
We provide delivery and setup within Cape Coral, Lee County, Collier County, Charlotte County, and other nearby areas within a 50-mile radius.
Locations beyond this range may incur additional fees or be declined.
The setup location must be clear, flat, and pet waste-free. Unsafe sites may result in cancellation or extra charges.
3. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup
Delivery times will be confirmed 24–48 hours before your event.
Customers must ensure access to the setup location (e.g. open gates, cleared driveways, and lawns free of debris or pet waste).
If delivery is delayed due to blocked access or unsafe conditions, extra charges may apply.
Pickup is typically within 1–2 hours after the rental period ends. Extended delays due to customer absence may result in additional fees.
Inflatables require a grounded, outdoor outlet within 50 feet (110V minimum).
Equipment must be set up on grass or level concrete. We do not set up on gravel, dirt, or steep slopes.
Sprinkler systems should be turned off in advance. We are not responsible for any damage caused to irrigation systems during staking.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at booking unless pre-approved otherwise.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.
Returned checks incur a $75 penalty. Personal checks are not accepted.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event qualify for a full refund or future credit.
Less than 72 hours notice: no refund, but credit may be issued for future use within 6 months.
Weather cancellations must occur before 8 AM on event day for a refund/reschedule.
If cancellation occurs on delivery, a $100 cancellation fee + labor and mileage charges apply.
6. Weather & Safety Policy
Unsafe weather includes high wind, rain, and lightning.
The customer must unplug inflatables during unsafe weather.
No refunds are issued after equipment delivery, regardless of use.
7. Equipment Use Rules
Adult supervision is required at all times.
No shoes, food, pets, sharp objects, or silly string near units.
No roughhousing, flipping, or wrestling in inflatables.
Hoses must be provided for water units and turned off when not in use.
8. Damage, Negligence & Cleaning Fees
The customer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear, including punctures, tears, staining, or theft.
Cleaning Fees: $100–$500 for food, silly string, and bodily fluids.
Replacement/Repair: $500–$15,000 for damage to inflatables or accessories.
Water hose misuse: $20 fee minimum.
9. Power & Equipment Operation
Standard 110V outlets within 50 ft are required.
The customer must supply extension cords if needed and ensure outlet safety.
Call 941-315-8358 for equipment issues. Do not attempt repairs.
If an adequate electrical supply is not available, a generator may be rented for an additional fee. If power fails during the event due to customer negligence (e.g., unplugging, tripping breakers), The3PartyCrew is not liable for downtime.
10. Loss, Theft & Retention
Failure to return equipment or refusal to allow pickup results in full replacement charges.
Unauthorized use or relocation is prohibited.
The customer agrees to cover all costs related to recovery or replacement.
11. Property Damage Waiver
We are not responsible for turf, driveway, or sprinkler damage caused by setup or takedown.
The3PartyCrew is not responsible for any damage to lawns, landscaping, driveways, or underground systems caused by setup, stakes, or equipment usage. All equipment is installed with care, but outdoor use carries inherent risk.
12. Liability Waiver
Use of equipment is at the renter’s own risk.
The3PartyCrew is not liable for injury, death, or damage caused by negligence or misuse.
All customers must sign a Release of Liability Waiver at delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to supervise users, follow all safety guidelines, and provide a safe environment. Proof of insurance is available upon request for certain event venues.
13. Photo & Media Usage
Photos of equipment may be used for marketing.
No photos of guests will be used without consent. Opt out by emailing 3thepartycrew@gmail.com.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, power outages, weather emergencies, pandemics, or events beyond our control.
15. Entire Agreement
This document and your invoice together form the entire agreement. No verbal changes are valid unless documented in writing.
